Responsibilities
Assist in the onboarding of a Financial Advisor (FA) and their team with the goal of transitioning the FA's book of clients from their previous firm to &Partners in a timely and successful manner
Facilitate account opening and transfer process
Assist in the training of the FAs and their staff on our systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services/Operations
General understanding of securities regulations and operations
Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; Excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
Preferred
Familiarity with financial systems a plus. i.e. CRM systems, Financial Planning tools, Performance Reporting
High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong independent decision-making and problem solving
