Responsibilities
Conceptualize and oversees the development of the Cook Children’s campus’ physical environment (sets, scenery, props) for seasonal and other large-scale events that appropriately reflect Cook Children’s values
Work closely with the construction teams to design and build everything—from backdrops to furniture, ensuring it all fits the story and practical needs
Combine artistic talent with research on product use, marketing, and materials to create the most functional and appealing product design
Confer with engineering, construction, marketing, and other key stakeholders to establish and evaluate design concepts
Qualification
Required
10+ years' previous experience designing for large-scale events and/or organizations
Bachelor's degree in management and décor
