UNICEF works in over 190 countries to save children’s lives and promote their rights. The Public Partnerships Consultant will focus on analyzing data related to UN funding flows and supporting the handover of internal SharePoint and website resources.

Responsibilities

Compile, structure, and analyze country level qualitative data from the UNDS Survey to better understand collaboration across agencies and UNICEF’s engagement with global funds such as the Joint SDG Fund
Analyze incoming and outgoing financial flows of both Joint Programme and UN to UN agreements to support more strategic partnership management
Support the handover of relevant internal SharePoints to new owners including the PPD website

Required

Advanced degree in communications, data analytics, information systems, human centered design, computer science, law and technology, public policy with a digital focus, or related fields. A first level degree plus two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted
Minimum of 5 years in: product/service design and system specification, document intelligence or contract lifecycle tooling, work in policy rich or controlled environments
Experience with data management, reporting, and Microsoft Power BI
Experience updating UNICEF SharePoint sites for communications and capacity building
Ability to synthesize survey finding into actionable qualitative insights
Strong facilitation, documentation, and change management skills
Ability to design for auditability and accountability
Excellent written communication for diverse audiences
Fluency in English and at least one other UN language

Preferred

Experience with inter-agency initiatives and UNICEF technology
Experience with UNICEF (especially DFAM or GSSC), WFP, or other UN entities is an asset
