Responsibilities
Develop strategies and coordinate projects to establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile and Quality Assurance (QA) tools
Utilize data visualization and data collection tools, including ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, and qTest to create data tables, perform data visualization, create and maintain visual dashboards, and build prediction models
Perform Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments
Utilize SQL, Jira, JQL, Confluence, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel formulas to summarize software quality data and create quality analysis dashboards
Design and implement automated data pipelines to track key metrics
Apply Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Tokenization and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), to categorize issues and enhance search capabilities for QA test automation and tool improvement
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent
three (3) years of experience utilizing data visualization and data collection tools, including ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, and qTest
create data tables, perform data visualization, create and maintain visual dashboards, and build prediction models
performing Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments
