Responsibilities
Maintain the master budget tracker by period
Support period-end and quarter-end close and reporting activities
Execute the per-period technology billing process under oversight
Transition Tech Fees list from OneSource to MTB for improved access and visibility
Partner with D&T Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1–Q2)
Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of TB-owned platforms, YUM platforms, and third-party platforms
Maintain definitions, POCs, and ownership details
Support establishment of a standardized process and repository for tracking funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in financial planning and budget management
Experience with maintaining budget trackers
Ability to support period-end and quarter-end close and reporting activities
Experience executing technology billing processes
Ability to transition financial data for improved access and visibility
Experience with R&D tax credit documentation
Ability to create and maintain centralized lists of platforms
Experience maintaining definitions, points of contact, and ownership details
Ability to support standardized processes for tracking funding requests and decisions
