Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of AI programs from ideation through deployment
Partner with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps and prioritize initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Define KPIs and monitor performance of AI initiatives
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
4–6 years of experience in program management, product strategy, or AI/ML leadership
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and software development methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and industry-specific AI applications
Preferred
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
