Responsibilities
Assist in the development of intimates and sleepwear styles from initial concept through bulk production
Create and maintain technical packages, including detailed measurements, construction details, BOMs, and graded specs
Measure, evaluate, and track samples through multiple stages (proto, fit, PP, TOP)
Comment on fit, construction, and workmanship, ensuring consistency with brand standards
Support fittings by preparing samples, measurements, and fit notes; help communicate revisions to vendors
Work closely with Design to interpret creative intent into production-ready garments
Partner with Product Development and Production to track timelines, approvals, and deliveries
Communicate clearly with domestic and international vendors regarding fit corrections, construction updates, and sample feedback
Assist in reviewing pre-production samples and production readiness
Help identify potential fit or construction issues early and propose solutions
Support quality standards by ensuring all garments meet performance, comfort, and durability requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field
Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern fundamentals, and fit—especially for stretch, knit, and delicate fabrics
Experience creating and updating tech packs
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in product development or technical design (intimates, sleepwear, or lingerie experience strongly preferred)
PLM experience a plus
