Responsibilities

Execute essential daily operational workflows, encompassing precise data entry, meticulous recordkeeping, and thorough review and validation activities
Monitor and track daily operational metrics and activities, providing clear and concise reports to leadership to inform decision-making
Perform daily reconciliation of operational workflows, ensuring data consistency and identifying discrepancies swiftly
Undertake diverse operational tasks as delegated, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of professional experience in an operational or analytical role
Proven expertise in data management, with a strong understanding of data integrity and processing
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities to identify patterns and ensure accuracy
A self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and working independently
Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and protocols effectively
Experience thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
