Vice President Operations
Confidential is a new healthcare services company built within a nationally recognized healthcare incubator. As Vice President of Operations, you will lead day-to-day operations for a flagship health system partner in the Midwest, while also focusing on long-term growth and expansion in the region.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations for a flagship health system partner, expanding scope as new partnerships launch across the region
Serve as the long-term regional owner, responsible for scaling operations, partnerships, and performance as the Midwest footprint grows
Build trusted, executive-level relationships with hospital C-suite leaders, physicians, and clinical stakeholders
Act as a true partner to health systems—balancing advocacy, accountability, and delivery excellence
Own regional P&L performance by identifying, prioritizing, and executing a portfolio of growth and expansion initiatives
Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing regional operations team responsible for delivering product and services
Establish a strong team culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and best-in-class patient care
Develop and refine repeatable operating models as additional health systems come online
Define and monitor clear operational KPIs and performance metrics across partners and teams
Create a structured feedback loop between health system partners, regional operations, and central product teams
Translate operational insights into recommendations that inform product enhancements, service expansion, and delivery improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in healthcare services or a similarly complex, growth-oriented environment
Proven experience owning and scaling operations with direct P&L responsibility
Demonstrated ability to manage long-term partnerships with senior executives and clinicians
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills; able to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and build trust
Experienced people leader who can recruit, develop, and motivate teams through growth and change
Strong financial acumen and analytical judgment
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, systems, and clarity in a scaling environment
