Program Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and program support to the Central Office of O&O
Take ownership of evolving administrative responsibilities that contribute to O&O’s mission and initiatives
Assist in the development and management of O&O projects and programs
Execute and manage a range of administrative tasks, including tracking project deliverables and timelines
Support cross-functional collaboration, scheduling and meeting coordination, and event planning
Provide budget support and ensure smooth communication and collaboration with O&O teams and partners
Qualification
Required
3-5 years Project management experience in the workforce
Foundational understanding of the history, background and work concepts of the office
Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality
Analytical / problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
Preferred
Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses
Strong policy analysis techniques
Knowledge project management or work management platforms softwares such as SmartSheet, Asana
