Qualification
Required
Be a student who is either a sophomore or Junior enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026
Be majoring in Mechanical Engineering
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026
Be available to work part-time (20 hours per week) year-round starting in the fall 2026
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Have solid modeling experience using SolidWorks software
Be proficient in at least 1 programming language (Python, Matlab, C, etc.)
Preferred
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
Have experience with robotics
Have an understanding of basic electronics (wiring diagrams, components, etc.)
Have a basic understanding of engineering measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc)
Be comfortable working in a group environment
