Activities Assistant
Generations Healthcare is in search of an Activities Assistant to join our team. The primary role of the Activities Assistant is to plan, coordinate, and implement engaging activity programs to meet the residents’ needs while ensuring compliance with care plans.

Qualification
Required
Ability to demonstrate respect for and patience with retirement age residents, and desire to enhance residents' lives
Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
Focused attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple items/tasks, prioritize as required and adapt favorably to changing priorities
Effective ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions, in a timely manner and within the context of the situation at hand
Ability to effectively respond to emergency and/or crisis situations
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal direction in English
