Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise projects, including system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Data, Finance, HR, Compliance, and agency leadership
Partner with regional and agency leaders to align projects with field needs and minimize disruption
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Work with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery
Translate business requirements into clear technical and operational requirements
Ensure projects align with standardized processes, governance, and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and project delivery practices

Required

7+ years of project or program management experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar complex environment
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects involving technology and operations
Strong understanding of P&C agency operations and integration processes
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Experience supporting M&A integrations within an insurance brokerage or MGA
Familiarity with Applied EPIC, AMS360, Salesforce, or similar platforms
PMP, Agile, or Lean certification
