Customer Support Representative
Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking a Customer Support Representative to support Walmart Marketplace. The role involves reviewing and processing applications from new vendors to ensure they meet onboarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Review and evaluate new seller applications from Turkey and other countries
Approve or decline applications based on documented marketplace requirements
Review and process appealed seller applications
Ensure accuracy in data entry and decision-making
Analyze information from multiple systems and sources
Follow established screening workflows and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback and updates
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data accuracy and review skills
Analytical and decision-making ability
Ability to follow structured workflows and policies
Multitasking and time management
Team collaboration
Preferred
Risk Operations experience preferred (e.g., Risk Operations Specialist)
Bilingual preferred in Spanish, French, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, Vietnamese, Hindi, or English
