Client Services Representative

First Hill Trust Company is seeking a Client Services Representative to provide direct customer service support and high-level administrative assistance. The role involves answering client calls, conducting research, preparing reports, and performing various clerical functions.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls from clients and direct calls to appropriate departments
Answer customer service inquiries as needed
Perform various clerical tasks, including maintaining both paper and electronic files
Conduct research
Prepare internal reports, memos, letters and other documents across departments
Work directly with department management and staff to provide administrative support as needed and as requested
Data entry
Account reconciliation
Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Processes outgoing mail
Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required

0-3 years of experience. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
Answer incoming phone calls from clients and direct calls to appropriate departments
Answer customer service inquiries as needed

Preferred

Previous customer service, clerical and/or administrative experience desirable, but not required
Exceptional phone skills are a requirement
Degree in business, accounting and/or relevant field also desirable. Two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a baseline prerequisite. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a big plus
Candidate must possess an extremely high attention to detail
Candidate should also be comfortable interacting directly with clients
Strong written and verbal proficiencies
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desire to learn a business from the ground up and grow within a company
