Responsibilities
Support and carry out daily on site construction activities and site services
Assist with coordination of subcontractors vendors and material deliveries
Participate in daily site setup cleanup and general jobsite organization
Monitor work in progress to ensure alignment with plans specifications and quality expectations
Maintain a safe clean and compliant jobsite at all times
Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify issues hazards or needs and escalate as appropriate
Communicate site conditions progress and issues to Project Management
Assist with inspections punch lists and closeout activities
Support trade sequencing and day to day workflow coordination
Serve as a consistent on site presence representing Cobalt standards and expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three to five years of construction field experience required
Working knowledge of construction means methods and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently in an active construction environment
OSHA ten certification required within ninety days of hire
Preferred
Prior experience in a field support lead site services or assistant superintendent capacity preferred
