Responsibilities
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the EPICs Task Order
Assign taskings to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing efforts, and manager overall Task Order performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors
Have the authority to make decisions for Peraton in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues
Qualification
Required
Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
A minimum of 18 years applicable experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approaches for projects similar in scope and complexity to EPICs
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing, the contractor's proposed methodologies and approach for a project in similar size in scope and complexity to EPICs with multiple OCONUS performance locations supporting DoD projects
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USINDOPACOM AOR
Experience overseeing complex IT property management, shipping, and logistics considerations of the INDOPACOM AOR
