Responsibilities
Architect and implement end‑to‑end security frameworks for D365 ERP environments, covering identity, access, data protection, and compliance
Design and maintain role‑based security models, segregation of duties (SoD), and least‑privilege access structures
Lead security assessments for customizations, integrations, APIs, data migration, and third‑party extensions
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure solution design, including workflows, business rules, and environment strategy
Oversee Azure AD / Entra ID integration, MFA, conditional access, and identity lifecycle governance
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation planning for D365 and connected systems
Define and enforce security policies, audit controls, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO, etc.)
Partner with DevOps teams to embed secure deployment practices, environment hardening, and monitoring
Provide guidance on data security, encryption, retention, and secure data movement across environments
Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for security events related to Dynamics 365
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience in enterprise security architecture, with at least 4+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Strong understanding of D365 security model, RBAC, duties, privileges, and SoD frameworks
Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, identity governance, conditional access, and MFA
Familiarity with Power Platform, Dataverse security, and cross-application access models
Experience securing integrations, APIs, data migration pipelines, and custom extensions
Knowledge of Azure security controls, including Key Vault, network security, encryption, and monitoring
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
Ability to collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to drive secure solution delivery
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications: SC-100, SC-300, MB-300, or D365 module certifications
Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 security models
Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated security testing
Experience in large-scale, multi-region D365 implementations
