Responsibilities

Own a territory across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin
Sell directly to end users within manufacturing and warehouse facilities
Run in-person demos and presentations on customer sites
Prospect and develop new business, supported by SDR-generated opportunities. Heavy cold outreach with warm leads sprinkled in
Manage accounts, pipeline, and forecasting in the CRM
Build long-term relationships with operations, engineering, and leadership teams

Required

Ownership of a multi-state territory across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin
Ability to sell directly to end users within manufacturing and warehouse facilities
Experience running in-person demos and presentations on customer sites
Capability to prospect and develop new business, supported by SDR-generated opportunities
Experience with heavy cold outreach with warm leads sprinkled in
Ability to manage accounts, pipeline, and forecasting in the CRM
Skill in building long-term relationships with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
Consistent territory coverage and customer face time
Strong demo-to-close conversion
Predictable pipeline growth
Independence and discipline in work
Comfort in generating business and managing a full sales cycle
Solid job tenure and follow-through on commitments
Organized, accountable, and competitive nature
Enjoyment of being on the road and in customer facilities
Ability to comfortably lift up to 75 lbs for demos and equipment setup

Preferred

Experience in industrial, material handling, automation, equipment, or facility-related sales
Background in demo-driven or field-based B2B sales
Experience selling into manufacturing or warehouse environments
