Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market, customer, and competitor data to support strategic initiatives
Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and materials for senior management, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
Assist in the execution of cross-functional projects, tracking progress and coordinating with partners to ensure timely delivery
Support relationship management with internal partners across lines of business, helping to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
Seek feedback and mentorship from senior team members to build skills in strategy, communication, and business analysis
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, project support, or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create clear, effective presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience building presentations for senior audiences
Exposure to financial services, consulting, or related industries
Interest in financial health, innovation, or community development
