Green Key Resources is currently partnered with a highly respected multifamily developer in San Antonio seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader with deep experience delivering podium-style and/or high-rise multifamily developments.

Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects
Oversee podium-style and/or high-rise multifamily developments from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and site logistics
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
Collaborate with project executives, project managers, architects, and ownership
Drive project schedules and resolve field issues efficiently
Mentor and lead field teams to successful project delivery

Required

15–20 years of experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
Extensive experience with podium-style and/or high-rise multifamily developments
Proven success as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on large-scale projects

Ability to manage complex schedules and large field teams
Must currently reside in San Antonio, TX
