The Business Analyst Intern will support the Justice Management Team by assisting with the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to improve organizational efficiency and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements
Support system analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, IT, compliance) to support ongoing projects
Help prepare documentation, reports, timelines, and basic visualizations for project tracking and communication
Participate in meetings to understand stakeholder needs and project objectives
Assist with testing, data sampling, and verification of system updates or enhancements
Conduct research on system issues, industry trends, and best practices
Support senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in ensuring project deliverables align with business needs
Validate drafted requirements with stakeholders
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business processes and information systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Eagerness to learn and apply business analysis best practices

Preferred

Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus but not required
