They are seeking a Talent Solutions Division Manager to lead a team of sales recruiters, develop employee growth plans, and manage team performance while actively participating in recruitment and client development.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
New business and client development
Growth strategies and planning
Strategic market penetration
Work with Marketing to create division-specific marketing campaigns
Strategic alliances
Contract negotiation
Supplier/vendor relationship optimization and management
Customer service, delivery, and logistics
Quality assurance/control
Short- and long-term business plan creation
Team hiring and building
Sales, recruiting, and account management; training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling
Staff analysis and development
Performance monitoring, management, and restructuring
Lead weekly team meetings
Lead daily meetings on open requisitions
Conduct performance evaluations on a routine basis (monthly, quarterly, and/or annually)
Operational analysis, correction, and performance tuning
Internal workflow process creation and design
Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
2+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager
Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts
Ability to maintain a big-picture mindset and strategic approach
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
