Management Trainee

Responsibilities
Support daily operations in sales and product management teams
Participate in a 2-month rotation training program to gain exposure to multiple functions and build cross-departmental skills
Learn to analyze market and customer data to support business decision-making

Qualification
Required
Graduation: Within the last 3 years (recent graduates or near-graduates)
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Must understand Chinese
Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Fast learner, ambitious, and highly motivated to grow professionally
Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Experience & Interest: No prior industry experience required; a strong interest in overseas sales and product management is essential
Preferred
Familiarity with US culture is a plus
Strong Chinese skills are a plus
Native English proficiency is a plus
Relevant majors preferred (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, etc.)
Short-term work or internship experience, especially in startups, is a plus
