Outpatient OTP Program Manager
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is one of the largest, most complex agencies in the state, and has approximately 17,000 employees. The Outpatient OTP Program Manager is responsible for providing direct clinical services and supervising counseling staff while managing the operations of the outpatient OTP Clinic.

Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the substance abuse addiction processes, including psychological and physical withdrawal
Knowledge of psycho-pharmaceutical therapies and drug interactions
Knowledge and practical application of advanced therapeutic approaches, group dynamics, crisis intervention, family and trauma-focused therapy
Knowledge regarding legal and ethical guidelines involved in behavioral health and must be knowledgeable about Joint Commission, MS, SAMHSA standards and survey process
Ability to formulate clear goal-oriented treatment plans
Credentialed as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) from a governing authority recognized by the NC Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board to practice under the provisions of the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Act
