IT & ServiceTitan Support Specialist
T3 Services Group is a national company providing Plumbing, Drains, HVAC, and Electrical services. The IT & ServiceTitan Support Specialist will provide frontline IT helpdesk support and manage ServiceTitan configuration and data maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as first-line helpdesk support for internal technology issues, including hardware, software, and user access
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including:
Equipment setup and retrieval
User account creation and deactivation
Software and system access provisioning
Maintain IT asset inventory and user documentation
Escalate advanced issues to vendors or senior IT partners when needed
Train and support employees on internal systems and standard tools
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols
Perform daily data entry and system maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency
Configure and maintain
Employee and technician records
Pricing, forms, workflows, and system settings
Job types, tags, and business rules
Troubleshoot ServiceTitan configuration issues and user questions
Maintain clear documentation for standardized processes and configurations
Conduct audits to support data integrity and quality control
Balance IT helpdesk needs with ServiceTitan administrative work
Adjust quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands
Partner cross-functionally to support technical and operational initiatives
Maintain a high level of service while managing multiple workstreams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Microsoft Office and O365 Admin experience
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms
Comfortable working in cloud-based systems and databases
Ability to travel up to 15% nationwide
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
Equivalent work experience or technical training may be substituted
Industry certifications (Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc.) are encouraged but not required
