Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering a client-specific approach to international tax issues through research and planning activities
Responsible for the preparation of US-international tax forms and performing tax research to formulate tax-planning strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA candidate with 1-2+ years of experience in public accounting
Experience preparing international forms for US multinationals (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1116, 1118, 3520, 3520-A, 1042, etc.)
Experience preparing US Federal Tax Returns for foreign corporations
Experience researching domestic and international tax issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Team-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to mentor and help develop less experienced staff
