Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and package medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Perform quality inspections along the production line
Follow SOPs and quality standards consistently
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools (including microscopes)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment
