Responsibilities
Support and manage a portfolio of Trust & Agency Services applications, ensuring stable production operations and adherence to agreed service levels
Take ownership of incidents and problems, applying structured problem-solving approaches to drive timely resolution
Partner with development and infrastructure teams to reduce technical debt and improve production stability
Participate in stakeholder forums, preparing documentation and tracking progress against operational level agreements (OLAs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain and enhance application runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge repositories
Act as a production readiness gatekeeper, ensuring solutions meet operational standards prior to release
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience supporting production environments within large, complex technology organizations
Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
Experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase)
Familiarity with monitoring, scheduling, and alerting tools (e.g., Geneos, Splunk, New Relic, Control-M, Autosys)
Understanding of ITIL service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management
Preferred
Effective troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage workload independently while maintaining transparency on progress and risks
Experience working in virtual teams and matrix environments
Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
