Designs and develops system architectures, and defines key capabilities and performance requirements
Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements
Develops system element architecture and design and interface definitions
Defines system implementation approach and operational concept
Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development
Qualification
Required
Minimum Secret clearance is required to start
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with enhanced security checks
Experience in Radar or RF systems
Good written and oral communication skills
Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver. Anticipates the play
Engineer Systems Architect (2) Junior - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
Engineer Systems Architect (3) Mid - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Engineer Systems Architect (4) Senior - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
Engineer Systems Architect (5) SME- 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances
