Lead and own complex platform features and enterprise customer implementations end-to-end—from architecture and development to deployment strategy and customer success
Make technical decisions that directly impact how enterprise-scale organizations operate
Work on a platform with stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives, driving high-stakes projects with autonomy and self-direction while mentoring junior engineers
Shape platform architecture strategy that defines how enterprises handle data and AI at scale
Define customer implementation methodologies for complex, business-critical projects
Establish platform-level quality standards for systems that power critical business operations
Ensure customer delivery excellence that creates transformational business impact
Drive product and technical strategy that shapes the future of enterprise data infrastructure
Develop team culture as the organization scales its mission-critical work
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience operating Kubernetes
Building Kubernetes controllers
Control flow design and implementation
Lead and own complex platform features and enterprise customer implementations end-to-end
Technical decisions that impact how enterprise-scale organizations operate
Work on a platform with stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives
Drive high-stakes projects with autonomy and self-direction
Mentor junior engineers
Multi-tenant platform components run on Kubernetes with React/TypeScript frontends and TypeScript backends
Enterprise deployments leveraging advanced DevOps automation built on Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
Sophisticated implementations for enterprise security, compliance, and air-gapped environments
Self-sufficient technical leader
Ability to independently architect platform solutions
Comfort with ambiguity
Strong analytical mindset
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure
Leadership experience mentoring engineers
Passion for customer impact and translating technical excellence into business outcomes
