The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting using Oracle EPM modules.

Responsibilities
Design and configure solutions in Oracle EPM modules such as: Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS / EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions
Develop metadata, data forms, business rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and reports
Build planning models for workforce, CapEx, Opex, revenue, balance sheet, and cashflow forecasting
Develop custom calculations using Calculation Manager, Groovy, and Essbase formulas
Create dashboards, task lists, reporting packages, and Smart View templates
Manage data integrations using Data Management / EPM Integrations, FDMEE, or ODI
Perform application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution
Optimize model performance and ensure data accuracy across environments
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to improve forecasting processes
Work on end-to-end project lifecycles: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and training
Prepare technical documentation and user training materials
Ensure compliance with governance, controls, and best practices
Qualification
Required
3–10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion
Strong expertise in one or more modules: PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, TRCS
Hands-on experience with Essbase cubes, dimensions, data modeling, and calculations
Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Web Studio, and Narrative Reporting
Experience with Data Integration tools (Data Management, FDMEE, ODI)
Strong functional knowledge of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, financial close
Ability to communicate with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders
Preferred
Knowledge of Groovy scripting for EPBCS
Experience in integrations using REST APIs
Certification in Oracle EPM Cloud
Exposure to ERP integrations (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, etc.)
