Responsibilities
Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
Translate business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
Own and refine the product and team backlog
Collaborate with engineering, QA, clinical, data, and operations teams
Prioritize work with Scrum Master and Delivery Lead
Accept completed user stories at the end of each sprint
Support PI planning and Agile delivery processes
Clearly articulate solutions to technical teams and business leaders
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
Healthcare experience (mandatory)
Strong communication, analysis, and critical-thinking skills
Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Expertise in writing detailed, structured requirements and documentation
Hands-on experience with Jira and documentation tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Technical Awareness (No Coding Required)
Backend systems: Oracle, PL/SQL, Java
Frontend awareness: React, Angular
Data & integration concepts (APIs, data flows)
Preferred
Master's degree
Education from well-known universities
Experience with SAFe
Systems modeling, UI prototyping, data flows
Exposure to HTML, SQL, XML, JSON
Familiarity with SQL Developer, Toad, or similar tools
