Responsibilities
Operate and manage ServiceNow HAM Pro workflows for hardware asset tracking and lifecycle management
Support end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: procurement, allocation, inventory tracking, EOL, and disposal
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HAM module
Collaborate with procurement, IT operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth asset transitions
Monitor and report on asset utilization, compliance, and audit readiness
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset records and HAM workflows
Assist in optimizing HAM processes and identifying automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM tools and HAM Pro workflows
Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management
Familiarity with asset procurement, allocation, tracking, and disposal processes
Experience working in hybrid environments with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Local to Bethesda, MD or within a commutable distance (onsite 3 days/week)
