AR Manager
Rello Search Partners is a rapidly growing, private equity–backed company with strong executive leadership and an aggressive acquisition strategy. They are seeking an AR Manager to own the entire AR function, lead integrations for newly acquired companies, and build scalable policies and processes.
Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Receivable operations
AR integration for acquisitions
Process improvement, policy & procedure implementation
Billing, invoicing, cash applications, aging & collections
Month-end and year-end AR reporting
Building and scaling the AR function
Qualification
Required
Hands-on AR leader who can dive into details and think strategically
Experienced in fast-growing, multi-location environments
Comfortable driving change and working directly with executives
Forward-thinking, organized, and solutions-driven
End-to-end Accounts Receivable operations
AR integration for acquisitions
Process improvement, policy & procedure implementation
Billing, invoicing, cash applications, aging & collections
Month-end and year-end AR reporting
Building and scaling the AR function
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in M&A / acquisition integrations
Proven success implementing AR policies and procedures across multiple locations
