Responsibilities
Ensure all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards through preventive maintenance and inspections
Plan and oversee facility-related projects, including installations, refurbishments, office moves, and workplace design to optimize space utilization
Assist with facilities budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for timely and cost-effective services
Develop and implement long-term strategies for infrastructure improvements, capital investment planning, and operational efficiency
Promote sustainable practices, reduce environmental impact, and manage energy consumption to support cost management and corporate responsibility
Establish facility policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating potential risks
Adhere to NSI’s waste management and recycling policies
Additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all company facilities
Ensuring that buildings, equipment, and infrastructure meet production, safety, and regulatory requirements
Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and facility-related projects
Planning and overseeing facility-related projects, including installations, refurbishments, office moves, and workplace design
Assisting with facilities budgets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with external vendors and contractors
Developing and implementing long-term strategies for infrastructure improvements and operational efficiency
Promoting sustainable practices and managing energy consumption
Establishing facility policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance
Adhering to NSI's waste management and recycling policies
Preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
Expertise in energy management and building operations
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and scheduling
Familiarity with accounting and finance principles for cost control
Leadership and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination
Technical proficiency, including computer skills and CAD software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
