Responsibilities

Perform assembly of machined and purchased components
Work with the MIM chassis dyno for emission testing by ensuring fast inertia response times and accurate control
Utilize the Model 3600 Roll Brake Tester for end-of-line dynamic vehicle testing
Operate the Centering System 7112 to ensure precise vehicle positioning in the test station
Use the Non-Contact Alignment Machine for measuring, verification, and adjustments of vehicle alignment parameters

Qualification

Machine build experienceBlueprint readingElectrical wiringWiring junction boxesHand tools proficiencyTig weldingMig weldingMechanical assembly knowledgeElectrical assembly knowledge

Required

5 years of machine build experience
Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading
Skilled in electrical wiring and assembly
Ability to wire junction boxes
Competence with hand tools

Preferred

Experience with Tig and Mig welding
Mechanical and electrical assembly knowledge
