Responsibilities
Contract & Condition Contract Management
Maintain and manage Condition Contracts, including creation, updates, validity management, eligible partners, pricing conditions, and settlement rules
Administer customer and vendor agreements for rebates, commissions, and other incentive settlements
Ensure proper integration of Condition Contracts with SD/MM pricing, accrual calculations, and settlement logic
Settlement Processing (Customer & Vendor)
Execute settlement processes including business volume determination, accrual postings, partial/final settlements, and settlement document generation
Manage settlement groups and settlement units across multiple application documents
Ensure real time accuracy of rebates and incentives using S/4HANA Settlement Management capabilities
ABD (Agency Business Document) Management
Create, review, and validate Agency Business Documents (ABD) as the summarized output of settlement calculations prior to final invoicing
Ensure ABD accuracy by reconciling it against settlement documents and contract terms
Collaborate with Finance to ensure ABD aligns with accounting logic and final billing processes
Functional Configuration & Support
Support configuration of Settlement Management elements (Condition Tables, Access Sequences, Condition Types, Pricing Procedures, etc.)
Assist in deploying or enhancing S/4HANA Settlement Management for rebates, commissions, and contract settlements
Troubleshoot issues related to settlement runs, contract configuration, accrual calculation, or ABD creation
Reporting & Compliance
Utilize standard SAP reports for tracking settlement status, contract performance, accrual balances, and settlement variances
Ensure contract settlements adhere to audit requirements and financial reporting guidelines
Document processes, configuration, and functional specifications for enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
7+ years experience in SAP Settlement Management, SAP SD/MM Pricing, or Contract/Condition Contract Management
Hands-on experience with rebate processes, condition contracts, and settlement document flows
Understanding of Agency Business (ABD) processes and settlement logic in SAP
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management (CCM, CCS)
Knowledge of rebate/commission processing, FI postings, and integration points
Ability to interpret contract terms and translate them into SAP configuration
