Business Development Manager
We Search People is a fast-growing commercial painting and facility services provider headquartered in Southwest Ohio. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for property and facility managers, focusing on business development, estimating, and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and neighboring states
Leverage an existing book of business and industry relationships to drive new revenue
Present tailored solutions to property and facility managers
Conduct site walks and scope assessments
Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through proactive communication
Upsell additional services and act as a strategic partner to clients
Anticipate client needs and deliver long-term value
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to sales, gross margin, and new client acquisition
Track pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales success, ideally within commercial construction, or facility services
Established book of business and strong industry relationships
Experience estimating service-based projects
Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits
