Managing project logs / invoicing / PO’s / Equipment logs
Computer scanners and imaging software
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, with some exposure to HR functions
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, especially in the context of construction or related industries
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and people skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
