Workers' Compensation - Coordinator

DMOS Orthopaedic Centers is expanding its Workers' Compensation team and is looking for a Workers' Compensation Coordinator. This role involves acting as a liaison among various stakeholders and coordinating workers' compensation activities to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison for employers, work comp carriers, case managers and internal clinical teams
Responsible for coordinating, systemizing, and processing workers' compensation activities
Developing and managing Work Comp department processes
Ensuring strong communication and collaboration across internal departments and external partners

Qualification

Workers' compensation experienceHealthcare administrationOrganizational skillsListening skillsCommunication skills

Required

Prior experience in healthcare administration role, workers' compensation, or occupational medicine role
Strong organizational and process-driven skills
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) in a professional manner with individuals with varying backgrounds
You practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions, and avoid interrupting
