Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated videographer for an assigned attorney, managing all media needs for their caseload
Identify and produce video components that strengthen client cases, leveraging creative storytelling and technical expertise
Plan and execute on-site and in-studio shoots, including camera operation, audio setup, lighting, and directing talent
Conduct interviews with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to capture relevant content for case strategy
Perform post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, audio adjustments, and integrating graphics, motion graphics, and animations
Collaborate with the broader production team (graphics, animation, audio) to deliver high-quality multimedia assets
Ensure all video content meets brand standards, accessibility requirements, and is optimized for multiple platforms
Maintain an organized schedule of key dates and deliverables for attorney-assigned projects
Upload and archive videos in the media library, ensuring proper formatting and closed captioning
Operate cameras for live video feeds at events and schedule off-site shoots as needed
Travel to support case-related video production; maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience or, any combination of education and experience that is equivalent to it
Demonstrated experience in the areas of videotape production, as well as a thorough knowledge of audio, video and multimedia hardware and software required
Must be available to work a non-standard schedule to fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills required
Excellent analytical and organizational skills required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collegially with both legal and marketing staff as required
Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team required
