Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Organize and store documents in digital and physical filing systems
Perform basic to intermediate calculations to support operational reporting
Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed
Verify calculation accuracy and ensure all reports meet required standards
Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and templates
Use formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, and data validation to enhance reporting accuracy
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc Excel reports for management
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
Support team members with clerical tasks such as scanning, printing, and organizing documents
Maintain office supply inventory and assist with procurement tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
Strong data-entry skills with high accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts)
Ability to perform calculations and create clear, reliable reports
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with reporting dashboards or database systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
