Responsibilities
Support core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Plan and coordinate intern program events such as social gatherings, learning sessions, and engagement activities
Maintain, update, and audit employee records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
Assist in organizing HR initiatives, internal communications, and company-wide engagement programs
Contribute to special projects focused on HR programs, systems enhancements, and process improvements
Provide general administrative support and handle additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
