This role focuses on developing innovative solutions for human-machine interaction through advanced technology in AI wearables and robotics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement protocols and pipelines for automated sensor evaluation
Create tools for sensor data performance visualization, exploration, and iteration
Refine machine learning training and evaluation pipelines to support integrated Input/Output systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, applied math, sensing & control, robotics, or a related field
3+ years of experience with sensor data modeling, analysis, and visualization
Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including version control and code reviews. Knowledge of MATLAB is a plus
Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) and sensor characterization
Experience implementing, debugging, and fine-tuning machine learning models
Experience with ROS system implementation and development
Preferred
Master's degree and 1+ years of industry experience
Experience bringing up and debugging prototype/scientific software-hardware systems, such as wearable sensing systems or multi-camera sensing/tracking solutions like OptiTrack
Expertise in sensor fusion, human-computer interaction (HCI), human-machine collaboration, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields
Proficiency in C or C++ programming and application development for virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or robotics
Experience developing GUIs and data visualization tools using QT, HTML5 (Plotly, Chart.js, D3.js, etc.), or other toolkits
