Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for concrete, restoration, and commercial construction projects
Manage projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material procurement, and equipment
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial construction, concrete, or restoration project management and estimating
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
