The Full Stack Software Engineer will help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs, implement and maintain product features, and collaborate with other engineers to optimize the current codebase and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs
Implement and maintain product features to better support our enterprise clients
Participate in our on-call rotation and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with other engineers to continuously refactor and optimize our current codebase and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
3+ year of software engineering experience
Experience using React or React Native for developing client-side applications
Experience designing, documenting, and developing API services in Javascript
Experience with data persistence using relational databases and caching strategies
Participate in our on-call rotation and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with other engineers to continuously refactor and optimize our current codebase and infrastructure
Preferred
Bonus points if you've built and released a native mobile app
Experience integrating with 3rd party services such as payment gateways, employee benefit admin services, SSO providers
Experience with containerization (Docker, AWS ECS)
Experience with cloud-based build and deployment infrastructure, such as AWS Code Pipeline/Build/Deploy
Experience with automating native app release processes
