Represent clients in patent disputes
Work closely with technical experts
Manage infringement lawsuits in complex cases in either federal court or the PTAB
Manage discovery
Prepare detailed patent infringement and invalidity claim charts
Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
Contribute to Federal Circuit appeals
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience representing clients in patent disputes
Experience working closely with technical experts
Experience managing infringement lawsuits in complex cases in either federal court or the PTAB
Active involvement in all phases of litigation, including managing discovery
Preparing detailed patent infringement and invalidity claim charts
Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Contributing to Federal Circuit appeals
A technical bachelor's degree, such as an electrical engineering, computer science, or a related degree
Strong legal research and writing skills
Strong academic credentials
Preferred
Experience with artificial intelligence patents
