Senior Human Resources Business Partner - 159843

They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to focus on Learning & Development and serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, supporting full-cycle HR operations and preventative HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational goals
Lead training initiatives focused on performance management, engagement, and compliance
Support full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Partner with leadership to identify development needs and recommend targeted training solutions
Build and maintain HR processes, documentation, and training resources within ADP
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and workforce development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Serve as a strategic advisor to managers and senior leadership on HR and talent matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience
Hands-on experience supporting Learning & Development initiatives or projects
Strong HR operational background across the employee lifecycle
Experience working with ADP, including training setup or system documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative nonprofit environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Preferred
Nonprofit sector experience
Experience supporting an employee population of 100+
Background in building or expanding Learning & Development programs
Multi-state HR experience
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
