Opening and servicing member accounts
Processing financial transactions
Advising members on their accounts
Cross-selling products
Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Maintaining accurate records
Actively contributing to a positive member experience

Required

Three to five years of similar or related experience
Must have good communication skills, 10-key calculator, computer skills and keyboarding skills
Experience handling financial transactions
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to process transactions accurately
Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to meet member needs efficiently
Familiarity with technology, including banking software and office tools such as MS Office Suite
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred

Preference may be given to bilingual (Spanish) applicants
